Bi-annual inspections in the Spring and Fall:
Inspection Includes

whole house water pressure

all toilets

all faucets (inside & outside)

function of all cut off valves

drains under sinks

thermal expansion tank

water heater
-
crawl under house to check plumbing
Plus the following:
- any repair parts valued at $25 or less are replaced during inspection visit
(saving you service calls)
TIER 2
Bi-annual inspections in the Spring and Fall:
Inspection Includes
-
whole house water pressure
- all toilets
- all faucets (inside & outside)
- function of all cut off valves
- drains under sinks
- thermal expansion tank
- water heater
- crawl under house to check plumbing
Plus the following:
- any repair parts valued at $50 or less are replaced on the inspection visit
(saving you service calls) - 10% off water heater replacement
- 10% off garbage disposal replacement
- 10% off whole house water filtration system
- 10% off sewer pump replacement
TIER 3
Bi-annual inspections in the Spring and Fall:
Inspection Includes

-
all toilets
-
all faucets (inside & outside)

-
crawl under house to check plumbing
Plus the following:
- 1 Full water heater service
(flush, check elements/thermostats, check anode rod) - 1 outside faucet replacement per year
(faucet and labor only)
- any repair parts valued at $50 or less are replaced on the inspection visit (saving you service calls)
- 10% off water heater replacement
- 10% off garbage disposal replacement
- 10% off whole house water filtration system
- 10% off sewer pump replacement
- 10% off main water line replacement
- 10% off main sewer line replacement
